We're rebuilding a friend of mine's toyota.
OLD SPECS: 5" kit 5:29's, spool, 36's.

New Specs: 7" of lift, dana 60/14 bolt 4:10's, doubler (case ebrake), 39.5 Boggers, 16.5 Trail Ready Beadlocks.

To do list:
IFS Box, make drag link, install High Steer arms
Doubler
E Brake
Drive Shafts
Front Shocks
Brake Lines
Tube work
Wheel the crap out of it.

Disney OK, is what inspired his rebuild. SMORR in southern missouri, rockport illinois, and any where else that comes up.

I wanna do the exact same thing soon. 1 tons and 42" IROKS.
Keep pics coming. I have been wheelin Disney now for 3-4 years and see A LOT of rigs that inspire my future plans

Ya Disney is awesome. No progress pics. Got the bed welded up completely and starting working on the doubler.
After the doubler it's little stuff like, brake lines and steering. The only hard part is setting up the propane stuff. Neither of us have ever done it before.

Wheelin pics? It will be after the first of the year. Hoping to make Disney on the 6-7th.
Right now both xcases are torn apart and will hopefully be back together this weekend.

Went to test out the doubler and ran into a problem I was hoping you all could help me with.
The front case goes into Low, however the rear case will only go into 2wd and 4hi. NO LOW, now we've been all into these cases converting the shifters etc. Any idea what we screwed up on?
Any help is appreciated as always.
