interchangeable?

I have been looking for a replacement tailgate for my Tundra, its a 2000. Well I found one ,but it's for a 2006 . I would like to know if this tailgate will fit. If any one has info, I sure would appreciate it -thanks.

I'm thinking it won't fit.

Best thing to do is head for the parts yard and check it out.
