I found this product:
http://martelbrothers.com/product.php?productid=16062&cat=1968&page=1

its about 3' of flexible 3" tubing....
I have the MAF adaptor, clamps, etc...
should i waste more money on this tube? Im a cheap bast#@d, and dont wanna pay 150+ for the kit, so far that would put me at $40 total, thats clamps, MAF adaptor, Filter(s), and the hose, of course. Would I be wasting my time being that the hose is "ribbed" not smooth like a mandrel bent one

I could go for the piece me together kit, i.e. straight runs & bends with connectors, would it make that much of a difference? Any opinions?
Thanks!

Go to Home Depot, electrical section. By the 3" or so gray PVC conduit, 45 degree bend. Go to the plumbing aisle. Get two 2.5" - 3" rubber couplings. Get some brass fittings, a MAF filter adapter from local auto store... and you are done.

Had mine for well over 6 months already. No problems with heat so far, even in the AZ summer.
