What gears are these - 8x35

what gears do i have , there outa of a 80 pickup, not sure if they are stock .... on the ring gear it says 8x35

The numbers you see are your tooth count. Your pinion gear has 8 teeth, your ring gear has 35. Now all you do is devide ring by pinion, and you have your gear ratio..... in this case 4.37's, which means they are likely the stock gears.
