Here is what I have/ 93 4runner, Id like to place a GM dana 60 front, 14 blt rear and a set of 39.5 swampers, (wich I also allready have laying around) up under my new project!

Have a few questions?

I know that there are a few outfits that make kits like Sky manufacturing, are there any more that do?

My axles already have 4:56's in them, I get a fellin that the little V-6 won't like pushing a 40" tire, But will it do it to get me by for a while?

Leafs springs! what's the sping of choice?

v6 will do it if u put in dual cases and 4.7 gears in the rear case.

and for springs u have a billion choices so decide its personal preference.

i think marlins springs rock

rears up front and marlins in the rear.

or u could 4 link it.

All pro, marlin, and trail-gear all make SAS kits. I am sure there are others I am leaving out.

The rear already has a factory linked and coiled suspension. I had thought about building from it but The previous owner did a serous hack job while installing a home made 4" lift.
Ill be keeping the axles full width, Im not builing to be a straight up rock crawler. An all around vehicial is what I have in mind something that will be a good all around off roader but that won't keep me from stuffing it between a rock and a hard place!
I've seen the mentioned SAS manufactures but do they all offer a kit to put a full size axle under? the only one I have seen is Sky Manufacturing,
every one else's kits are made to put the yota solid axle in.

KToy/ Just noticed your signiture, your already along the same line as what im trying to build. About how much lift are you running, I guess I should just ask how did you set yours up, what did you used and what would you change to make it better?

they make a sas kit for a toy axle not full width.,

full width takes a specialy wide front crossmember
