thanks to all who responded to my questions with my chassis swap. it sure is a good feeling to turn the key and have the motor roar to life. my 1940 chev pickup now has toyota chassis motor, pedals wiring,gauges,steering column,and it runs and yard drives! it's not pretty yet but it will be. jeff, 1940toyolet
