fuel leak

Ok, So i put a flatbed kit on my truck 85 toy. the problem is ever since that when the temp out side reaches 85 (albuquerque, NM) feul starts to come out the charcoal canister. I think the flat bed heats up with the sun and heats the fuel tank up then preasure biulds and comes out of the bottom of charcoal canister. if anybody thinks of another reason please let me know.

there are 2 lines on the top of the tank, I would check to make sure they are not crossed. 1 is for fuel vapor and the other is a return line if the return line is hooked up to the vapor tube it will push gas out the wrong way...
