Tail lights

I'm working to get my rig street legal and am trying to find a passenger side tail light. I have searched all over and havent found when they changed... Are the second generation lights the same as first generation and are they the same in 4runners and trucks?

I have an 85 4runner

The tailights from an 84-88 pick-up or four runner will work. The earlier body style and later body styles have different tailights.

everyone bashes the pasenger side......... go to a dealer and then go to a "cheapie" auto body shop and buy it from there
