I am looking into doing the same thing. Let me know what you find out and I will do like wise.

in the front i wouldn't want to run anything longer than a 4 maybe 5 in shackle, but in the rear with the 63's i would say something like a 8 in, you will just have to see what you need to make it look level

I second RockCrushinToy. In the front you need long enough shackles so they don't bottom out on the frame under full compression. One thing you can do is measure the actual length of the spring as if it were flat. then take that length and measure back from the front spring hanger to see where the eye of the spring would go under maximum compression. from there take the distance from the shackle mount and you will have your required shackle length (pin to pin of course) this would be on the conservative side, your spring will probably never "flatten out." but it will give you a good idea.
You can then play with the rear to get it to sit level with the front. remember for each 2" longer shackle you get approx. 1" lift. I am using 4 chevy leaves (instead of the 3 that most run) with the overload cut down short (1"block) and a 2" tapered block with 6" shackles I have about 6-7" of lift. You can make your own scissor shackle by bolting the chevy shackle to your existing frame (which will then rest on your frame, and then bolting your long shackle to the chevy shackle. This eliminates the need to relocate your shackle mounts plus a couple more inches of droop. hope this helps
