I was woundering if anyone has tried to put a 2 inch block in the front... and if so did you run into any problems looks like the steering arm will hit/rub if i try the 2" block idea. i put 3" blocks on the rear with no problem.

won't work.. not only are blocks in the front a bad idea, but you would have clearance issues with the drag link. with hy-steer, you'd have problems clearing the tie rod.

So what would be the east way to match the 3" blocks in the rear, and cheap Because all of this will be temporary. I hope to have a crawler 5" kit by the end of the summer. Any help will be appreciated

Longer hanger and shackles or cut the block down to match the same amount of lift that you have in the front.

Blocks in the front are a BAD idea. The front axle generally takes the brunt of braking pressure. If you add blocks, you run the risk of folding the front end under the truck. Not to mention if one slips out or breaks, your steering is toast and especially at speeds, that would be a bad thing.
There is a reason lift manufacturers dont offer blocks to fit the front, and instead make lift springs.

Get some junkyard rear spring packs, do a 5 leaf pack with a stock front main leaf and 1" longer shackle you should get 3-4 inches of lift and soft too.
DO NOT DO FRONT BLOCKS!

pro comp springs from summit racing equipment..you'll have to call them because they dont catalog them... they come in 3,4,5 and five inch lift. 50.00 each plus shipping..They dont flex the best but I've been wheeling them now over a year.
