Differential Combinations

I have a 89 Toyota 2wd pickup with a 22r motor. I also have a 94 Toyota 4wd pickup with a 3vze motor. I found a good deal on a 90 Toyota 4runner 4wd also with a 3vze motor. The rear differential has a limited/e-locker electrical wire going to it. Can I put that 3rd member into either of these 2wd and/or 4wd truck rearends? Also what other parts are interchangeable with all 3 of these vehicles???
