quick release door pins...

Ok, I remember a while back an individual who would modify your door hinges so that you could eaasily remove the door. I seem to have lost the site however. Anyone have it? I am not wanting tube doors this is going to be a DD that I can take out but I remember how difficult it is to get a good look hanging out the window....
