I have a 89 toyota pickup dlx...I was just curious, can you drive in 4WD on regular paved roads if the ground is wet, like it is raining or something? I dont really get to put my truck in 4WD cause there is now really good place to do it, and I want to keep everything lubricated and such????

If you just want to make everything spin but avoid binding and such. Lock in your hubs but leave the case in 2wd.

you will notice its different while manovering parking lots.
you dont really need to do it. are you trying to experince the "beauty of all wheel drive"?
