I just bought an 82 cruiser fj60 and I already have a noise coming from the driver side front wheel..I have done som kind of hard mud bogging and stuff in it, so I understand why its there. I just want to fix it..It sounds like I am running a flat tire but its not flat..And the noise starts over 20 mph and seems to go away around 70..Any ideas? I'm thinking a flat spot or bent rim or something. Also since this is my first cruiser and first solid front axle..How do you grease those? Thanks.
broken hub
rock and what not in brakes
broken birf
wheel out of balance
any number of things.

My 4 wheel drive still works thankfully. Would it still work with a broken hub or berfield? I'm thinking its the wheel out of balance or something in my brakes..I'm going to check it out tomorrow..Take the wheel off and see if I can see anything. Any other ideas on how to figure out whats wrong?

After market rims? Could be rubbing on the caliper.

Stock rims, stock cruiser pretty much and the noise started after I went wheeling so I dunno. I'm about to go pull the wheel off and have a look.
