Just wondering if anyone knows the weight diference between the 22r carb. and the 3l v6?

Head on, the reason I ask this is because I am doing a solid axle swap in my 90 ex cab v6 and I was going to use springs out of my old 83 22r. But I dont know if I have to ad a leaf or what, If the weight i close I dont want to make my susp. real stiff.

I would imagine the 83 springs would be fine. but for more lift, a add a leaf would be the way to go. doing it now and once would be better than having to do it again later.
I have an add a leaf on my 80, its not too stiff, but not at all too soft.
i like the way it drives.
