1988 isuzu trooper limited, efi. (PICS!!)

It is a 1988 isuzu trooperII limited, 4 wheal disc brakes, automatic tranny, manuel windows, manuel locks, rear window defroster, rear window wiper & sprayer, with 183,000 miles. the previous owner said that the motor was just rebuilt 4000 miles ago, but i forgot to ask for paperwork. after lurking on this website a while and looking under the hood. i am kinda starting to think that the motor wasnt rebuilt but i think he had the valves done.not that i have had any internal problems with my motor, but it just seems the valves is more likely. i will admit that was stupid of me to not get any paperwork, but hey it was my first time buying a car. I would say it is in pretty good shape. almost no rust on the body. the front bumper is dented, that is from the previous owner, i dont know what happened, he said his daughter bashed it in so he doesnt know what happened. i just recharged the ac with r-12 so the a/c works great! and so does the heater! there is one problem though, the harmonic balancer just came loose. it is the center bolt that goes into the crank. it came loose once before so i had a mechanic fix it and put all new belts on the motor, except for the timing belt because he said that looked brand new. he said that it appeared that the threads toward the front of the crank were stripped so he got a longer bolt so he could get towards the back of the hole in the crank where he said the threads were still good. well it just came loose again and my dad said that i have had a cheap car long enough and he will co-sign for me to get something in the 2-5 thousand dollar range. edit: oh sorry i fogot to tell you it is a 4 cylinder efi., it also has the asian manuel hubs installed, 4x4(dont know if they were all 4x4 or if there was some 2wd trucks, so i thought i better clarify.)also: the tires are almost brand new, they are just an offbrand all terrain. thanks!
