No Electrical???

I just finished rebuilding my engine, every thing seemed to be running good then I noticed smoke inside my cab quickly traced it to my electric fan and tried to disconnect the wires, thats when the wire hit metal and I lost all power to everything except my dome light. All fuses in and out seem to be fine however I did not check any relays. 92 v6 any ideals? I fear the worst.
PLEASE HELP!!!
