I am looking to rebuild my 22r carburetor in my 84 pickup. I have checked online and found nothing less than $200. If you know of a good shop let me know.

Thanks for your help

Just a word of advice I wouldn't buy one from a parts store. They tend to be cheap rebuilds and you will likely never get one that works right. Even when I worked at Auto Zone I would try to talk people out of buying our rebuilt carbs, so would the manager. I went through three of them from Schuck's one time and never did get a good one.

hey I have a couple of them on running trucks that work fine, I have two on the shelf to. I can send you a good one for like 40 bucks.

Thanks for the response. you say good condition which would work for what I need. How much adjusting would need to be done if I were to slap one on my engine? I have only mild knowledge and skill with a carburator.
again thanks for responding
