If you have all the parts, very easy. My '85 didn't have A/C when I bought it and I took all the A/C stuff out of a buddy's '86 that he was parting out and had it installed and charged in about 3 hrs. I would strongly advise that you get a new drier (accumulator) though. For what it's worth, the performance of R134A is less than satisfactory so, if you can get some R12, that's the way to go. I have this stuff called Freeze 12 (do a google search to find some) in mine and it works awsome..........Hans

The fact that it originally had AC makes it a lot easier. The ducts, condensor, and controls should still be there. The rest depends on how far the PO went in removing the AC. How much is left? hoses? compressor? hard lines? condensor at the radiator?
