My 91 toyota quit running yesterday and I thought it was the fuel pump since I didnt here it whining when I turned on the ignition. So I dropped the tank and before I pulled the pump out I decided to check and see if it was getting power and it isnt. I checked the fuse under the hood and the EFI main relay and both are good so I started tracing the wire from the fuel pump. At the plug under the passenger seat I dont have power. I have a Haynes manual and it shows a circuit opening relay in the wiring schematic but Im not sure where its located. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
