i have a 91 pick up that is slower than anything but i have headers and now i plan on gettin a cam to get me more power. i have 4:88 front and back so that helped a little. I just need alittle more power to push 34 inc ltb swampers.
i also whant to get a detroit locker for the front. i have the back locked already but i just dont really know which one would be better.
What does any one suggest.

Personally, I think which one you get should depend on your past experiences wheeling.
Do you always seem to have enough traction? then a locker for the front probably won't benefit you as much as a cam.
Are you bogging the engine because it doesn't have enough power to go up the hills at a slow enough speed? if so, get the cam.
If you're always spinning some tire in the front, get the locker.
Also if your engine is pretty old, you might want to either skip the cam or refresh the whole motor.
I hadn't thought of this but will the cam you get be for more power up high or torque down low? How will those traits affect your wheeling/daily driving?

Just out of curiosity, why did you choose a quick lock?

because its cheap and it works. i have a truetrac in the rear but i did not have that much money for one like it. my friend has one and he beats his truck to death and he has the quick locks front and rear and they have held up really good.
