I can't help you on the vibration, but I'd cancel the Warn hub order and go back with stock. They are much stronger. I had a hub that wouldn't turn on my old 87. I found out that when the shop had replaced a wheel stud they'd put the hub back together wrong. Once I installed it correctly it worked fine. It didn't cause a vibration though. I'm betting you have an axle issue. They hub is probably just a coincidence.

it's IFS ,does that matter with regards to the Axle. And i did have someone put 2 Wheel Studs in but when i get the hubs i'm doing it myself, just the passenger side rubs, could it be ball joints?

I knew it was IFS, and it wouldn't make a difference with what I was talking about. I would suspect the CV being bad on the axle rather than a hub problem. When the shop screwed up the hub on mine when replacing the wheel stud it didn't affect the axle at all. There is a bolt on the end of the axle that might be able to cause what you're describing if it was left loose. Have you pulled the hub apart? It might be a simple fix. The hubs aren't too hard to work on. The Warn is a good hub, but don't expect it to be any stronger than the stock Aisin. My wife's 87 has Superwinch hubs from the previous owner that I am happy with, but if it ever got wheeled like my 85 I'd have replaced them with stock Aisins. I do like the Superwinch hubs MUCH better than the stock auto locking hubs though.
