like the title says. needs brake and engine work. runs and rides, but has no brakes. needs a chain also. plastic is in great shape, seat has one small hole. its a two stroke and fast when its running right. not sure whats wrong but the power band only kicks in sometimes, and it bogs down at the top end. $250 bucks takes it home.
