Hey Toyota guys, just looking for some input here...
Why is it, no one has even replied to the add of my Toyota for sale? I've built her up awesome, runs great and drives great, and looks just as wacky as all the other Toyota's built up on this site. What gives? I mean I have a decent price attached to her! lol
You can see her for sale here on our own site! Custom Built Toyota 4x4 (http://www.wildyoats.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=10408)

here is my opinion, we all throw money at are trucks and ultimately decrees the value of them, further more I know my time is worth something to me so I want something for it, now everyone wants something different for there time. to me it is not worth it to pay you for what was done when I can do it my self for less and have the satisfaction that only comes from doing it your self. I guess what I am trying to say is you are in Akron OH that might be why.

Yeah, most people on this site are in Utah, Colorado, and Washington. Plus your price seems kinda high. MAYBE you could get that price if it was in really good stock condition, but the bed is gone, we have no idea about the interior, and biggest of all, the quality of the buildup you have done. I'm sure it can go anywhere, but it doesn't have most of the buildup things most people want either. No crossover, no 35s, no EFI, no flexy suspension, plus most people want a LONGER wheelbase, not a shorter one. And one more thing...it isn't wacky that we are looking for, it is trail performance.
Overall, your location and price are why no one has showed interest. Plus, not too many people frequent this bulletin board. Alot more go to Marlincrawler and Pirate.

I am not in the market for another truck, and if I was Ohio is a long way from Oregon.
price, location, and color.
plus i prefer an extended cab for that price.

hey what about california!
no offense but I think its ugly.... plus its not EFI and extended cab (which are the only things tha make an 85 good in my opinion)
if it were 1500 and in california I'd consider it

I just bough an 89 Runner today and I saw your ad before I bought mine, distance is no problem as I have gone through 4 states for one of my previous cars. Not to be mean or try to offend you but I honestly thought the back of the truck was kinda ugly. I think if the truck had body armor (tubing) It would have appealed to me more ( look here> http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1987-Toyota-Pick-up-4x4_W0QQitemZ4589509564QQcategoryZ6439QQrdZ1QQcmdZ ViewItem )something like that but thats just My Opinion and I maybe crazy, and its only meant to somehow help you, not insult you or anything

LoL well... thanks guys. lol Nah... no offense taken. I ran into people who hate, but then others who love it ya know? I knew the styling of it to "wanna be off-roaders" would be extremely rocky, but then again... those who do off-road... I dont know where I was goin with that. lol I reckon I'll just try to get her on EBay?

 "Poser Off Roader?!" I guess maybe that is what I was looking for  lol no, I needed something I could put my dogs in, plus I had an 86 SR5 Florida 4Runner (not one spec of rust and just as cherry as it could be) and I loved it.
The truck definetly looks like it has alot of potential off road, I imagine if it was maybe in cali it would probably sell quick. I bet its a good idea to put it on ebay, the car that I went through 4 states to get, I bought from ebay. It worked out good because I was looking for that exact car with the exact options, so I was happy, Good Luck with that though
