i have a 86 4runner sas and i was wondering how bad does the non cv drivelines vibrate and what is top speed you can go

its all dependant on your setup, your tires, how well your driveline is balanced etc, but for the most part, CV joints make the ride a lot mroe comfortable at higher speeds

is this a front or a rear driveline ??? if its a front make sure you use a 85 or older front cv joint they have a lot more rotation in them.

i have a 91 sas and i used a 85 front cv and i h ave 9 inch of suspension and i have no binding and no viberation.

for the rear u have to use a cv if you have turned ur rear axle up. but cv is the way to go no doubt. im useing the stock rear cv from the sas.
