Downsizing rubbers

I got a set of 39" M/T Baja claws on my truck right now. I'm about to do a solid axle swap on the front end if I can find an axle. During that process, I'm gonna be putting the leaf springs on there and getting rid of that home-made junk on my truck that the previous owner did. I'm thinking that the 39's won't fit afterwards, and I'm looking for either 35, 36, or 37-inch tires. I have 15" rims, and I'd say that the tread is at 75%. what kind of shape are your claws in? My brother has a front solid axle he might would trade, we are in Utah but I travel to memphis three times a month.
