I have a chance tonight to buy 4 swampper 34 9.50 x 15 for a first gen toy. Question will they fit without any further raising?. Please respond quickly I am not the only one looking at them. My understanding is that 33s will fit but I am not sure about 34s.

Do you currently have a lift?

I believe it is the stock height for an 80 4x4 toy.

Well i don't know what your plans are with your rig and neither does anyone else but 34's will most likey fit. Your prob gonna have some rubbing but nothing too bad... a little trimming/hammering can fix that.
With no lift, you can forget about off roading and expect a significant power loss.

Okay here is the story and I am sorry for not posting this before I started: My daughter and I spent allmost a year putting together a 79 toy for her 16th birthday. We finished it and she had been driving it on and off road for almost a year -- out shining most of the boys around here. She was coming home at about 4:30 one evening when she was rear-ended by some jerk and knocked over a 25 foot enbankment. She kept it upright and between the poles and saved her and her friends life. The 79 is sitting in my front yard. I found an 80 which had been sitting in this guys field for about 8 years. We have worked on it and switched some parts and made it run. She likes logging roads and mud and she is fairly good at showing up the guys around here. She has joined the army and is going to school to be a blackhawk mechanic. We want it for off road, mud and logging road -- she has not achieved the want to rock crawl and does not need the flex that comes along with it. Just want to help her build a solid off road toy

If you want to keep it stock height and not lose much power I would get a set of 31's or 32's. I would get some radial Goodyear MTR's or BFG mud terrains. They will last longer for daily driving, ride better, and work good off road. You might be able to fit 34's but good luck turning, or flexing the suspension at all. If you want to run 34's I would get a 3 inch lift, and start thinking about lower gears. Just my .02 cents.

Thanks, the tires look good and are a good price but I will hold off and wait for 32s.

I think you will be happy with 32's. I currently have 31's on my truck, but when I get tires I plan to step up to 32's.
