good year wrangler MTRS are good for street and mud. if i was doing the mud i would get boggers but they wear out so fast.

but i think a good mud/street tire is a MTR

Good year mtr's are GREAT... for snow, highway, mud, and rocks they are a great tire, i dont have a set but i know plenty that do and they do great, i noticed you wanted to go tsl but you didnt say what size so i cant really determine a power loss... if you'd want to try another option of tires i would HIGHLY also recommend the toyo open countrys, i have a set of 37's and absolutly love them, no hum and they are almost identical to the mtr, honestly dont get super swampers...they wear way to fast and imo just arent worth it unless your going to go a radial..but still life will decrease amaxingly quick

While TSLs are great in any terrain, they'd wear too fast if this is a DD.
Any of the MT tires, (GY, BFG, etc) would be better on a DD.

You could run up to a 33" tire w/o major loss of power. Bigger than 33" you'd really need to regear.

yeah TSLs tend to wear really fast

MTRs aren't bad, like they said if you're going to do a lot of driving go with BFG MTRS or GY MTRs

if you want to go up to 33's you'd probably want to get 4.88 gears and for 35's 5.29, but you can run 33's without too much strain, just be easy on the clutch and the gas pedal hehe

wat do u all think of the ltb's? they are cheap at least, but thats not always good

my truck is dd and im thinkin of doing 31's and then when i have money for 4.88's and gears going up to 33s and better tires.

wow you love interco huh. would buy a diffrent tire than an interco swamper is someone told you they were the worst tire ever ??? and they meant it??? and it was true ????

its like you wont even consider anything but SWAMPER!!!!!!!!

dood swampers are ok they are great if you get sx's for rocks. boggers are great for mud.
tsl just suck......... they blow beads. the lugs on them are like concrete and they are an ugly tread.

if you are buying an interco tire. its either an irok or a sx anything else is SHIT!!!!!!!!

but if you open to options

toyo open country
GOOD YEAR WRANGLER MTRS

I got 6k miles out of a 31 LTB. So yea I would say they wear pretty fast.

hell i have 31 LTBs and they do what their supposed to, go throught the mud. their fine tires for the price i like them more than the regular TSL, it depends on how much you off-road, your choice.

Why has no one told this poor guy about TOYO OPEN COUNTRY MT's?
These tires are great on and off-road and the wear is amazing on my toy. Ive been running them for about 6 months and can still see the casting nipples. plus you're not limited to a damn 12.50 the 37" is a 14.50. Even the 35 is a 13.50.
