Roof rack weight limits

I'm getting ready to mount my custom roof rack to the LX450 and I'm wondering if anyone has any words of wisdom concerning how much weight the rain gutters will bear. I'm going to base the rack off of thule cross bars (two or three cross bars is the other aspect of what im trying to deside) The rack itself is about 100 lbs and i would like to put 200 (max case) lbs more of cargo in the rack. I'm looking at the way the Thule gutter mounts work and intuitively it seems like the load might be a bit to consentrated for only two sets of two feet. I may go with three sets of two feet. But the ultimate consideration is will the rain gutters hold that load if it is well distributed? When i get it on there i'll post some picts.

I would think a 200 Lbs would be the limit as long as its fairly aerodynamic, You dont want it to be too top heavy, I bought a Conferr rack from Johnny and I had 2 full tool boxes air tank and some other items up there and it held it well with only 2 feet on each side. Taking corners were the hairy parts.
